What does a sick person do?

Brian had been feeling sick all weekend. Monday morning he had me check his throat and it had a white spot the size of my pinky nail. He called me while I was studying to tell me he might have mono. The doctor told him it wasn't strep. She thought he had mono. The test came back negative, but sometimes they can test too early I guess. He is supposed to come back next week for another test. He now has a whole throat full of what looks like white mold. It is seriously disgusting.
I have a little bag of vase fillers that I had in the strainer to dry because they had been wet. Brian couldn't stop playing with it. He is really tired and can't focus on anything, but he can't take his attention off of these. I decided I would give him a mason jar full of rocks to play with as well. He has been going for about an hour now and there is no sign of him stopping. Here are some pictures of Brian playing with his "toys". I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.
