If any of you are Cafe Rio or Bajio fans, this recipe is very similar to that and it is GREAT! My friend Rebecca made a cookbook for her sister-in-law and used my computer to email it to somebody and saved it to my desktop. I am so glad she did this because I'm always looking for more fast recipes and it is full of them. I made this for Brian last weekend, and today. Pork is his favorite food, and the way to his heart is definitely through his stomach. I like to make burritos out of this with whole black beans, tomatoes, lettuce, etc.
Sweet Pork
3 lb pork roast(butt or shoulder cut) Brown roast. Make 1st sauce and pour over roast. Leave roast in crock pot for 1 hour on high and then turn to low for 6 more hours. Turn roast halfway. Dump juice and shred pork. Place the shredded pork back in the crock pot. Cover in 2nd sauce and leave in crock pot for 1 hour on low. Good with rice, black beans, lettuce, cheese sour cream.
1st Sauce
1 c Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1tsp garlic powder
2T dried onion
2nd sauce
1 c brown sugar
1 c enchilada sauce

Awesome! That sounds very Yummy! Hey quick question about your online classes, you said that they cover it in your pell grant, if you do it that way do they put a shorter time limit than a year to complete? does that question make sense? Hope you are doing well!
What is the second sauce?
1 C brown sugar and 1 C green enchilada sauce. :)
