Brian and I give ourselves $25 a month for dates. We want to do things that don't involve eating out because that makes our $25 go really quick. We've been going to international cinema on campus because it's free. I really enjoy the movies they show, but I don't want to go every week. What are some cheap date ideas that you could give us?

man, i LOVE the international cinema! we should go together sometime (i'll just jump in on your date night with your husband..haha) no, but seriously, let's play!
towards the end of the semester/school year, many music majors have to give recitals. These are usually really good, and free. It's like a little concert with 12 people at it :) Also, keep an eye on the bulletin boards on campus for visiting authors or other guest speakers. The ballroom dance program also has some recital-type things that are fun to watch.
Dates? What are those? It has been ages since Hector and I have been out without the kids. I think we have had a total of 5 dates in the last 5 years. Hikes, bike rides, window shopping. Those are all free and give you a good chance to just visit with your husband.
The planetarium at the eyring science center has shows a few times a week and it is just a few bucks. Mike and I would get wood from that dying tree in the back and make camp fires up provo canyon. Movies 8. Hike the Y. Mike and I would go to the duck pond over on 800 N. Bee Museum. Art Museum. buy a tv on credit rent a movie to watch then take the tv back the next day and get a full refund. Mud wresling in the back yard. Or you could us the money each month to by a new baord game or out door game like badmitten.
