When will winter be over?

I am very sick of winter! I don't mind it usually, but this one is seriously depressing! I just want to go outside and play frisbee with shorts and a t-shirt on. I miss wearing sandals, I hate wearing socks. I want to mow the lawn, plant some flowers and vegetables. I really miss the warm sunlight hitting my skin! I want to open my windows and get some fresh air in the house without freezing! Aarrrrrgggggg... When is this going to end?!
