Cabbage
I really like cabbage! I remember growing up, my mom made a cabbage salad that everybody liked a lot. I don't remember ever eating cabbage before my mom made this salad, but the word cabbage made me want to hurl. I don't know why, I just didn't want to try it. I don't think she knows this, but up until today, I have never tried her cabbage salad! Lately, I have been putting cabbage in just about everything that I make. I love it in soup and I like it in my rice dishes. I think that it is about time to ask her for the recipe. Mom, I promise that next time you make that cabbage salad, I will eat it, and probably enjoy it...

I have this great cabbage caserole recipe that has always been my favorite. I'll have to send it to you.
And post the recipe when you get it! I made egg rolls for the first time this week, and hence bought cabbage for the first time. Now that I have extra cabbage in my house I'm wondering what other yummy things I can make with it!
